          I’m no expert but I think if a culture only explanation is correct you’d expect black IQ to increase dramatically once you get to around 30% European ancestry. That’s when skin gets lighter and there is a higher likelihood of at least 1 parent coming from a different culture

          Statistics isn’t my strong point but I’m wondering if the data shows a linear progression. If so more likely consistent with mostly genetic hypothesis

          It's linear, yes. We did look for nonlinear patterns, which could indicate outbreeding vigor or depression.
