I would agree whenever the extreme political views of the artist are not integral to their work. In this case however, the reason behind the comics is to spread these views.
Ok, and so if we find some (marxist/libertarian/neoreactionary -- choose your out-group) artists who spread their politics through their art (that would be thousands of them), you think they should have same treatment or?
What treatment? Censorship? No! But any rational public figure should think twice before spreading their work. Especially when science is still such a strong legitimising force in society.
Treatment being that we should not popularize their work because of their other views that we don't like. So, if we find some artists that spread lies to promote Soviet Union etc., that means we should not share their other work? I just don't agree with this approach.
