I'd like to see how much increases in height correlate with increases in IQ. For example, South Korea has seen a lot of both. Are there countries, though, where one has gone up more than the other? Also, what about immigrants? Are Sikhs in US getting very tall?

Isn’t the Flynn effect just a rise in nominal IQ scores, without a change in actual underlying intelligence? Or is that only descriptive of the Flynn effect in developed countries?

We don't know really. Measurement invariance fails badly, and that means scores aren't compatible. This doesn't mean there isn't a change in mean ability, it just means we can't compare the scores (as they are).
