I know that you think it is bad. But can you say more specifically what the problem is? This is exactly the sort of picture you would expect to emerge under a hypothesis of polygenic frequency differences between populations.
I made a quick and rough R-simulation of people with varying levels of ancestry mixtures of two populations, where they differ on some trait completely due to polygenic frequency differences.
