I made a quick and rough R-simulation of people with varying levels of ancestry mixtures of two populations, where they differ on some trait completely due to polygenic frequency differences. I get a similar picture as the one posted. Weak cor even tho 100% due to genetic diffspic.twitter.com/RU1RgSCSrs
