Wait, what? Causal reasoning is impossible now? Are we allowed to infer counterfactuals, even if you won’t allow us an experiment to validate? How much science do you aspire to prohibit? What underlies this drive?

I note that I did not write "Causal reasoning is impossible." I also have a low threshold for blocking. I do not mind clearing up bona fide misunderstandings, but I hate having to undo false straw versions of what I have stated.

I think Lee would say we can study this with more certainty than causes of IQ disparities. I disagree, of course. But I think that would be his argument.

Exactly, Bo. Behavior is observable. Discrim is behavior by individuals against individuals. Behavior definitely can be studied scientifically.
