I mean, given that PGS are based on autosomes, it's pretty obvious that there can't be gender differences in any PGS.
Well, not for long since it resets every generation, but one could have them by stark differential mortality based on PGS. (if one Sparta style killed all the newborn boys with PGS below 50th centile)

Sex dimorphism doesn't require sex chromosomes. Autosomal SNPs (with equal freqs by sex) can produce dimorphism via sex specific effects (usually due to gene expression interacting with hormones). Quite a few papers on this

They usually define these without option for interactions and using autosomes only so the betas can't differ by sex.
