I am not a White Nationalist, as I am not an American ethnonationalist, which is the main perspective from which it makes sense. But two important points: 1. The OG Nazis were not WNs - they were Germanic supremacists. Modern WNs and even Neo-Nazis don't tend to fit that bill.
They were sort of Nordicists which is weird considering all the southern Germans aren't that Nordic looking compared to the Scandis or even Estonians and Finns.
The ideology was ad hoc and improvisatory, but your point about Nordicism demonstrates the point - it was in service of Germanic supremacism. That was the one true constant about NSDAPism from beginning to end.
