Are there any good studies on cost benefit analysis of pro-natalism policies? Sure if increased population has positive externalities, have they been measured and compare to the cost of incentivising breeding with such policies?
Richard Lynn reviews some stuff in recent book with David Becker (they focus on eugenic variants), but it's not comprehensive at all. I don't know of any comprehensive reviews unfortunately.
