"genome-wide" "whole-genome" From Pappa et al: "No SNP information was available for candidate genes located on chromosome X,..." They should call it "common-SNPs-autosome-wide." The X chromosome is probably important for aggression.

That's for education attainment. IQ gender differences < aggression gender differences. Tielbeek et al 2012 looked at antisocial behavior and the X chromosome but still only SNPs.

The same results are found for other traits. There are many GWASs and none of them find spectacular results on X when they include it.
