Don't fall for fake news. Either DailyWire are idiots or they are lying. The WELT article reports that this case was referred to the German Supreme Court. There has been no decision yet. Should happen sometime this year. Let's see what they will actually decide.

It's sort of half-true. That instance of the court did indeed "consider it" unconstitutional. The DailyWire article though claimed it "ruled it unconstitutional" which can only be done by the Constitutional Court. So we'll see what will happen later there. Thanks for correcting.
