@akarlin88 Why's Norway so bad in these science metrics comparisons? Same population size as Denmark and Finland, but usually is beat by Scandi bros by far on per capita grounds. Oil sickness? They lack good Unis, so long term institutional issue.http://www.unz.com/akarlin/nature-index-2019/ …
