I guess it depends on what kind of input method you are using. I certainly do not have « and » at z and x keys. I can get those with compose key followed by << or >>.

He's using the Danish layout though. Notice how the Æ and Ø keys are swapped from God's own layout. And having quote keys available without composing them is neat.

For programming, quite annoying that one needs two keys for equal sign and double quotes. Otherwise it's mostly fine if they didn't have the dumb redundancies. Could use eg a trademark sign (and a

I switch between US keyboard for programming and Czech QWERTY keyboard for chatting. I can't imagine using Czech keyboard for programming.

Norwegian one works pretty fine, and some programs let you have hotkeys that deal with the idiosynchrasies. The worst is when some """helpful""" admin gives you both layouts, and you randomly switch. Makes your blood boil.
