Unmarried people in Denmark get cinnamon at their 25 year birthday. Social pressure to get married, going back several hundred years. Mostly seen in Jutland. (30 year old and unmarried? It's pepper, same approach.)pic.twitter.com/zQpBBG3F29

Get cinnamon as a prank gift, or tied down and doused as in these pictures? I've never bathed in cinnamon. Is it really sticky or smelly?
Both. It's usually starts by throwing water on the person, so the cinnamon can stick. From my experience, you can smell it for a week or so.
That's terrible
My little brother got bathed in cooking oil first, so it would really stick.
sounds like abuse and it's ironic some of the people that liked this cries about people throwing things at "white supremacists" but accepts this
Pranking people we love is often fun, and this sound pretty fun.
You're right and I think it can be fun but the olive oil seems extra and dangerous
Couple of months ago, he was giving cinnamon to someone else on the street, tied a friend to a tree. Cop car came by, rolled down the window. Policeman looks and says "Happy birthday", drives away. Great culture.
Ok that's wholesome for the cop to say that awwww
