Scandi has goodish birthrate while Germany does not. Scandi has mostly publicly paid education, long maternity leave, supported childcare etc, so generally in line with what they say. What I'd like to see is fertility by ancestry in USA. Scandi high there too or not?
(1) Immigrant birth rates distort national birth rates. Native born birth rates in the developed world are lower than the national rate. (2) Although those countries are doing better than other parts of Europe, their birth rates are still significantly below replacement.
