US Public trust in scientific community apparently quite stable. Maybe they haven't heard of replication crisis? Or maybe their priors were already low and it wasn't really big news? I think the higher public trust reflects appreciation for the sacrifices made by the more junior personnel who endured multiple deployments to war zones in recent years. If you asked specifically about trust in senior Pentagon leadership, I bet that has declined quite a bit.
