That's not an obvious outcome at all, just as it's not obvious that unreasonable workplace discrimination cases cause employers to try to avoid hiring anyone except straight white men. It's an incentive pushing in that direction, but it's far from obvious that GPs will act on it.

(For that matter, it's not even obvious the complaint was unreasonable. Buried in paragraph 12 is the claim that the doctor outright refused to treat her daughter unless she removed her niqab. If true, it seems that would be worthy of at least some sort of official reprimand.)
