On submission rates, one of the authors comments, "I wish that data were readily accessible for all the 125 journals we analyzed! Others are exploring this question from many angles so hopefully we’ll know more soon."
Clearly the thing to do is to reject submissions from men until parity is achieved. Next items to tackle are to make future submissions Inclusive while ensuring that diversity is achieved by excluding white men from the process.
i suspect this isn't your way (& might be counter-productive to your needed open antennas), but speaking only for myself, i always blocc such people back when i see them it's oddly satisfying (& generates gradual mental hygiene around here)
Looking in that thread, she seems awfully trigger happy - anyone that starts to present possible explanations gets blocked.
