Don't know
How many of those policies have already been enacted? It seems that Hungary‘s fertility increase has already run its course at 1.5 children per woman.

Question is, are these countries attractive enough for them? At the moment, they are still too poor to attract their overseas diaspora. And even if they will be richer, the diasporas will have already blended in.
In the end, the rich countries will just end up stealing people from each other. There is no way around more births.
