What do you think is the approximate intelligence of East Asians if they were living in western countries which I assume has better living conditions than in their own countries? Surely a bit higher than the current IQ of 105?
Evil Richard Lynn, here in 1977 testing to see whether a Japanese designed test can also find that Japanese intelligence is higher than American. Yes, it can.
