Props to @KirkegaardEmil for publishing a paper that contradicts his preferred hypothesis. https://www.mdpi.com/2624-8611/1/1/10/pdf …. In the long run, however, I don't think the design is capable of answering the question, so I doubt that the effort is worthwhile.

Yes, but we didn't know what we would end up with when we started the search for studies. We only found this Japanese study, which was unsatisfactory in size and design. We publish it not so much because it is informative, but so that others don't redundantly look again.
