How do you estimate intelligence from tweets? I've seen quite a few with long words in which the argument made is rubbish (even done it myself), and many short succinct tweets, using simple words, brimming with intelligence.

We don't really need to know, neural nets will figure it out given enough data. Humans can do it by relying on various cues, sentence complexity, rare words, difficult topics, interest patterns etc.
