based on my journal rankings I would say no. Many based on Frontier vs. other journals.
The fact that so-called good journals seem to have no consistent relationship to scientific quality must be one of the most black pill findings about scientific practice I've ever seen. How many 1000 years of collective labor wasted trying to get into 'good journals'? Absurd!
