I'm not sure, some people will play crazy levels of mental gymnastics to convince themselves we are all the same, clearly that table shows there are diffrent races with a small ammount of crossover. I mean, they label the percentiles by general racial areas, which is a big clue!

23&me did a similar study with a larger sample size that cross referenced its users' self identified race and proportion of ancestry from Europe, Africa, Asia, Americas, etc.
