The link doesn't work for me. What is this graph about?
Swedish officials refuse to publish crime rates by origin/ethnicity. However, there are numbers of crimes reported to the police. There are also some surveys of people reporting trygghet (feeling of safety) by where people live, so we know where the problems are from.

Okay. the link works now. It didn't work for me on mobile. But the document is in a bizarre North Germanic language, presumably Swedish. It reminds me of "Män som hatar kvinnor".
