If you want your actual ancestry I suggest you upload your 23andme file onto GEDMatch and use some of the Eurogenes calculators(K13, K15, K36, etc), or run yourself with Global25 using nMonte. 23andme is notoriously inaccurate, very unlikely you're 19% French/German and 10% Brit.
Uh oh, 23andme has updated their algos again, sort of. They no longer display my Pocahontas-status* so prominently!

The 2.8% Ashkenazi is probably accurate though, as it's pretty distant ancestry and can be detected easily, unlike ancestries that are genetically really close to eachother.

The French/German and British is probably fake, yes. I have no recent ancestors from these according to family trees. The Jewish part is accurate, it's from the Kampmann family. Somewhat famous. My other family members also have it (father's side). https://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kampmann
