A challenging question. There have always been one-off attempts at this, with two accounts posting the same tweet with the nouns reversed, where only one gets the ban. A platform as large as Twitter should have transparency requirements to test this with ground-truth data.

If you define left vs. right as anti-white vs. anti-PoC than obviously it's biased. There's no doubt that Twitter follows the Left's racism = power + privilege formula. You saw that clearly with Sarah Jeong and Candace Owen swapping her tweets with "Jew" for white.
