Most people like sports, not that large sex diff. Intricate workings of it is public knowledge. Almost no one likes menstrual cycles, and intimate knowledge of them is rather restricted by nature.

In one of my previous jobs a coworker at my level had a better relationship with the boss than I did because they both liked sports. The boss was male, we're both female. It's 'liking sports privilege' not gender privilege.
