I remember (in the notes to EA3?) arguing that one of the benefits of large scale GWAS is if your small study maps onto the large GWAS you basically get its large sample size for your study. The argument against is that the populations are different in SNP frequency.
Good to see our impact grows. ^_^ Hopefully, no one else tells this prof that the median sample sizes in 'regular social science' are often smaller.
