Except that, I’ve had brilliant clients (they finished grad school at the age of 18, for example) who have conceded that they are on the autism/Asperger’s spectrum. IQs over 150, but low ability to interact socially.

I know that. I’m suggesting that as g gets very high, it’s ability to predict career success may tail off due to things like social awkwardness.

I agree with you. But, for what I do, I see skills increasing with until iq reaches about 140. Above 140, skills plateau. Above 150, they seem to fall off because lawyers that smart sometimes have an inability to see the evidence thru the eyes of less-smart judges and juries.
