You can see the errors in JS console. There is supposed to be a graphic on the screen, not shown due to the broken JS imports.

Wait no I'm wrong. It's in Brave I get the same errors. In chrome for Mac i don't, and I see a graph and the slider is not broken. Everything seem to work. I'll post screenshot to confirm if it's what I'm supposed to see.

Very weird, when I download the js file individually with wget, they all stop at 65536 bytes with an error message. Something is fucky. Did you try setting the listening port of the shiny server on 80 instead of 3838 ?
I second this motion. Also about the logs, if you have a Mac you can open the logs file with console dot app, under utilities.
