PISA scores higher than the IQ scores. SES for Ireland is lower than UK etc., so likely direction of error is that PISA-based estimate is too high. He suggests reasons why that might be but leaves it open question for future. Countries sometimes game the PISA sampling.pic.twitter.com/ftlRkc1gC8
