Anyprogram, if implemented poorly will seem ineffective. I believe we don't really know how effective most
#gifted programs are. My prior = weak interventions produce weak outcomes. Most gifted programs are for a few hrs a week & aren't intensive educational experiences.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
