Surely the overall increased intelligence (whenever that's effected) will more than offset any declines in accomplishment due to declines in creativity brought about by the elimination these disorders.

How can it be morally wrong if the following generation is physically fitter and has better cognitive function? Isn't that what evolution is about and what we all (should) want?
