I agree. I'm not defending the banning by any means. I think twitter management is a pack of hypocrites. Just because they can (legally ban), doesn't mean they should.

Policing speech is as hard a task as imaginable. Probably impossible to do it fairly, even if you adopt the preferred & proven method of policing it only in the most extreme & immediately threatening circumstances.
