In intervention that works? Peer tutoring in school was investigated in a large Scottish experiment of ~5k kids in ~130 schools. When older students helped younger ones, this gave about 0.2 d improvement, i.e. smallish. Same age tutoring didn't produce anything (!).pic.twitter.com/hHPxxDRcbN
