Austrian are still allowed to call him a child molester. But pedophilia is a clinical term for a psychiatric disorder. We really can't know for sure, if Mohammed met all criteria that a necessary for it. We have to be careful, when we talk about religions protected by our elites.
According to 
decision by ECHR, calling Mohammad a pedophile when he had sex with a 9 year old while being 52 (!) is not lawful, despite being mentioned in the very religious writings of his supporters.

In Germany it's allowed to call the catholic church a sect of child molesters (https://www.lawblog.de/index.php/archives/2012/02/11/katholische-kirche-darf-kinderficker-sekte-genannt-werden/ …). But I doubt you could say something similar about Islam, they will find an excuse to forbid it.
