IMO, the government is already violating the constitution. All corporations operate under license governed by US federal laws. The gov is forbidden by the constitution to enact laws that may result in limiting the speech of one group over another. Thus the laws must be amended.
Speaking of #freespeech on social media, US supreme court to hear a relevant case. Considering the #NPCmeme event, could hardly be timed better.
