Yes but more broad in terms of competitiveness; not necessarily mental competitiveness per se (e.g., physical sports). It might not necessarily be (this hypothetical construct) strongly correlated with IQ, but certainly I would presume moderate.

Sounds like this https://www.hofstede-insights.com/models/national-culture/ … masculinity dimension but not quite. Scandis are very competitive but fairly feminine by that dimension.
