Rio's museum is being destroyed by fire. It was the fifth largest museum in the world in terms of number of items. Science and history lost to corruption and government inefficiency. Sad. #MuseuNacional
Don't leave valuable items in low tier places. One reason why forcing high tier countries to return items to origin countries is a bad idea.
