Not least because it will introduce a very high threshold of subjectivity for student assessments--opening academics up to charges of favouritism and bias.

No standardised measures of creativity or inventiveness exist. And what makes an academic an expert in either? They aren't. Will make univerisities more vulnerable to charges of corruption and grade inflation.
