nope... I just thought the "joke part" was not that funny and the non-joke part of it (giving the impression that Russia has more free speech) was feeding into an already way to widespread myth.

In practice Russia engages in more internal censorship around topics like immigration and islam than Western countries as part of an effort to keep the peace in an economy that their elites see as dependent on Central Asian labor
