You need to get more red pulled on Flynn effect. Read some of the Woodley reviews. It's not a real increase in intelligence which has been declining at the same time.

Watson's prescription, like the old eugenicists, of trying to incentivize the best to have more kids was always difficult -- because rich, accomplished people value their time highly and have high opportunity cost to deferring careers. It takes huge piles of money to get one kid.

But how much of extremely rich are really high IQ? And how much got there by deception, theft..and how much is this ability corellated with high IQ? IMO Intellectual and wealth elite overlap but not too much.
