Always suspected that wiki article was bullshit. If the double Nobel prize winners are anything to go by the number of atheists/agnostics should be a lot higher.
Well, it is possible to do a systematic study by scraping the pages of all the winners for related terms. Not too difficult. I'd happily help someone do that.
