IQ estimates for Balkans are not very reliable. I wouldn't make much of them without large-scale replication.

Also, Bosnians, Croats, and Serbs don't fare too badly abroad. They seem to do much better than MENA and Turkish communities in Germany/Nordics (regarding violent crime, economic status, educational attainment). Your data shows that Bosnians are doing much better than MENA/Turks (except for Iranians) as I suspected, and also somewhat better than Vietnamese. Yes, there is a 39% gap in crime compared to Danes. I'm not sure if Bosnian-Swedish gaps in SES are identical to Bosnian-DK gaps
