Is this a pattern of every country in the middle?

The most "true" Scandinavians are probably southeast Norwegians. Swedes have minor Finnish, Sami, Slavic admixture, west/northern Norwegians have minor Sami and even Irish/Scots.

And Germans are a mix of germânicized Celts and Scandinavians?
-
I think there is a portion of Slavic ancestry in there as well.
