Reality is more bleak because of the way they count foreigner in Sweden. They only count 1st generation as I recall. In Denmark, they do it differently and base it on legal status stuff, so the dark numbers are smaller.

I did some rough estimates for Denmark, and would guess it is about 4.5 to 4.75M Danes right now out of 5.7M population, so ~80% Danish at this point.
