I did some rough estimates for Denmark, and would guess it is about 4.5 to 4.75M Danes right now out of 5.7M population, so ~80% Danish at this point.

People with parents born outside the country are routinely separated as a group in population statistics, also separating 1 vs 2 foreignborn parents.

Last I looked, they just counted foreign born vs. Sweden born. Maybe now they go 1 generation back. But it's not enough. They need to go at least 2 back, preferably 3.
