I wouldn't call it hate. But it's a massive problem here that seems to carry 0 solutions on resolving it.
Update: investigators say a wildfire that broke out in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles last week is believed to have been started at an illegal cooking fire in a homeless encampment in the area, no arrests have been made say @LAFD officials

Risk of it becoming a slum is high. Skid Row in DTLA is filled with drug addict homeless. It requires so much resource$ to hit a dent into it especially with addict recovery. This fire incident will probably limbo a plan of action

if this was not intentional but rather people trying to survive this system - i wholeheartedly object to any kind of arrest. PGE incompetence & resistance caused SF bay fire... they ignored warnings- so if accounts must be paid? it’s them.

I agree with the PGE incompetence but the fire system needs to take 50% of that bill for not doing the controlled burns they were supposed to
