arrests- i get your point- but take a minute- houseless people must eat- we have to address the greater issue that caused this. PGE causes one here- (napa -SF bay) no mention of arrests
Update: investigators say a wildfire that broke out in the Bel Air area of Los Angeles last week is believed to have been started at an illegal cooking fire in a homeless encampment in the area, no arrests have been made say @LAFD officials

if this was not intentional but rather people trying to survive this system - i wholeheartedly object to any kind of arrest. PGE incompetence & resistance caused SF bay fire... they ignored warnings- so if accounts must be paid? it’s them.

I agree with the PGE incompetence but the fire system needs to take 50% of that bill for not doing the controlled burns they were supposed to
