Deportation #'s in first 3 months of AMLO admin look similar to the #'s during same months '17-'18, but migratory flows were far smaller (if SW border apprehensions are a fair measure). Meanwhile, huge drop in enforcement #'s from last 3 months of EPN to first 3 months of AMLO
